Employees have access to flexible working practices, such as finishing early on a Friday, and provides suitable technology to assist people working from home or abroad. Also, maternity leave includes 13 weeks at full pay (partly as a return to work bonus) and new fathers have two weeks of fully paid leave, and another two at the government minimum.
The company was set up eight years ago and has firmly stamped its brand on loyal staff. It’s ranked third overall for questions about My Company, with a positive score of 91 per cent. People are proud to work there (93 per cent), find their jobs stimulating (89 per cent) and feel they can make a valuable contribution to the company’s success (92 per cent).
The success of Brand Learning proves that companies can still grow despite the recession, whilst implementing flexible working practices into their business plan. This helps to maintain postive morale within a workforce, something on the decline due to the pressures of work in a depleted economy.
