Brand Learning proves flexible working is possible in recession

Marketing consultancy Brand Learning is defying the economic downturn and grew by 45 per cent last year, whilst offering a range of flexible working options to employees.

Employees have access to flexible working practices, such as finishing early on a Friday, and provides suitable technology to assist people working from home or abroad. Also, maternity leave includes 13 weeks at full pay (partly as a return to work bonus) and new fathers have two weeks of fully paid leave, and another two at the government minimum.
