Row over flexible working legislation

Parenting charities have hit back at business owners who want to delay the legal right to request flexible working to parents with children under 16.

The Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) is concerned that the new law will harm small firms by making them unable to retain or employ extra staff and are urging the government to hold off passing it.
